Step 1 – Opportunity Assessment

We delve into areas of opportunities to add value to your business growth needs through better understanding of critical data and its relationships.  Whilst doing this, we look at the integrity of underlying data, policies, processes and current architecture. How and where customer data is being used.  Any areas of concern for security. Marketing, billing, call centre, reporting baselines and all touch points. 

Step 2 – Analysis

With opportunities to add value identified, the next step is a detailed analysis.  Any costs being agreed prior to moving forward. Formal requirements gathering is conducted with key stakeholders. Clear rules are defined and expectations are set.  Target data stores analysed, stakeholder needs assessed and processes reviewed. Solution concept is developed and validated through proof of concept.  Project plan and business case prepared.

Step 3 – Solution Design

Next we look at technical design and implementation pathways. IT and business environments are paramount and the ultimate design will reflect relevant integration requirements.   Any business impacts are assessed and suitable management strategies developed. Process changes, data privacy laws and user training are all taken into account. Solution tested to make sure it meets your business needs fully.

Step 4 – Implementation

Building of the solution follows, which can be as simple as configuring off-the-shelf software tools or perhaps needing us to develop comprehensive applications in close liaison with your team. Mastersoft works closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and minimum disruption to operations. Testing and optimization is carried out through all stages.  Users are trained and seamless partnering is flexible and scalable to move with changing needs. Step 5 - Support

Solutions are supported by a host of ongoing services post implementation.  A dedicated team, who are fully briefed on your specific implementation, provide skilled support.  Technical user documentation that might be required is provided and on-site technical staff are available whenever needed.  Any additional maintenance requirements will be tailored to your specific needs.
